The location was absolutely stunning, perched on a hill surrounded by bush, with wildlife like kangaroos and birds right outside our door. The Spring Room was clean and well-equipped, comparable to a 4-star hotel room. The shared pantry was fully stocked with a variety of breakfast options, including bread, cereal, yogurt, and fresh fruit. Our host, Oli, was incredibly accommodating and made us feel at home. The property offered free Wi-Fi, ample parking, outdoor dining areas, and even a BBQ station. The peaceful and secluded atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing getaway. We enjoyed waking up to the sounds of nature and the breathtaking views of the bush and the distant ocean. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The hotel was in a stunning location not far from the beach and amenities and Dunsborough city centre and most attractions.

The hotel was quiet, thoroughly enjoyed garden view from our a twin room.

The owners were so nice and welcoming, and the room was clean and cozy. Loved the self-serve breakfast and the beautiful surroundings.

Waking up early to the sound of noisy guests or owners was just the cherry on top of a perfect stay.

The Eagle Bay House Bed & Breakfast was a delightful rural retreat. The comfortable bed and spacious bathroom made for a relaxing stay. I appreciated the access to the kitchen and the self-serve continental breakfast options. The fresh fruit and chocolate in the room were a nice touch. The friendly owners went above and beyond by offering us a late checkout. a pleasant experience.

While the location was serene and peaceful, it was a bit far from town, which made transportation a bit challenging. Also, some minor improvements could have been made in terms of the room's layout and amenities.

Everything was lovely during 4 days, liked its marvellous location close to coastal beaches, walks, wineries and breweries.

My two-night stay at Eagle Bay House was truly memorable. The purpose-built B&B was brand new and impeccably clean. The hosts were incredibly kind and attentive, ensuring that every need was met. The room was stocked with thoughtful amenities, including fruit, chocolates, and high-quality toiletries. The fully stocked guest kitchen, complete with a coffee machine, was a great convenience. The comfortable bed and modern, spacious room with ocean views made for a perfect stay. I will definitely be returning.

I recently stayed at Eagle Bay House for a weekend getaway. The kitchen facilities were excellent and the included continental breakfast had a great selection of cereals, yoghurts, and fresh fruit. Sitting on the verandah, listening to the birds and enjoying the ocean view was a special experience. The hosts, Matt and his wife, were fantastic and made us feel right at home. The cleanliness of the rooms and the warmth of the hosts were top-notch.
